Rochester recorded eight property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Four carried a sale price so far, ranging from $475 to $800, with a median of $707; the other four have no price on file yet, which is normal while registry data catches up. The period's top recorded sale was 281 Neck Road at $800 on Sept. 28, sold by Phillip D. and Jessica D. Whittaker to Rita and Jeffrey Jordan. Notably, three of the eight deeds kept the same family surname on both the seller and buyer side, including two properties tied to Sandra Lee Hardy. Overall activity looks steady rather than unusually brisk or slow.
