Rochester home sales hold near $800,000 median as two County Road properties change hands
Rochester recorded 11 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, including six market sales with recorded prices ranging from $577,000 to $859,000 and a median of $804,950. The top sale was 28 Marion Rd at $859,000 on Aug. 28, closely followed by 247 Braley Hill Rd at $855,000 the same day.

The top sale was 28 Marion Rd at $859,000 on Aug. 28, closely followed by 247 Braley Hill Rd at $855,000 the same day. Five additional transfers were recorded for nominal consideration, several involving the same names on both sides of the deed or a shift into a trust. With only six priced sales in the period, the data does not support a characterization of the market as especially active or slow.
