Rochester sees 11 deeds recorded in August, with disclosed sale prices ranging widely and family trust transfers making up more than a third of activity
Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 11 property transfers in Rochester between July 31 and Aug. 28. Six carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $577 to $859, with a median of $804. The top recorded sale was 28 Marion Rd at $859, sold by Bernardo Nelson to Lauren E. Stevens. Four of the 11 deeds were within-family transfers into a trust, and County Road was the only street with more than one disclosed-price sale. Five deeds listed no sale price, consistent with normal deed-recording patterns. The data does not support characterizing the period as busy or slow relative to other months, since no prior-period figures were provided for comparison.
