Rochester records nine property transfers in late-summer stretch, most with prices undisclosed
Rochester recorded nine property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only four deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $739 to $852 (median) to $859. The top disclosed sale was 28 Marion Road at $859, sold by Bernardo Nelson to Stevens Lauren E. Four of the nine transfers show matching surnames between seller and buyer, consistent with trust or family transfers, and none of those four disclosed a price. Corporate sellers, including Oliveira Investment Inc. and Sarajon Realty LLC, appear in three transfers. With most prices undisclosed, the available data offers only a partial view of market activity this period.
