Rochester recorded 10 property transfers between July 24 and August 22, with seven reporting sale prices ranging from $577,000 to $899,000 and a median of $759,900. The month's top sale was 136 Paradise Ln at $899,000, sold by trustees Ross Tyler Larsen and Cassie Ann Canastra to Sean Griffith and Danika Hopkins. County Road saw two sales, and Sarajon Realty LLC sold two properties during the period. Three transfers were recorded for nominal consideration and are not counted as market sales; two of those appear to be transfers within the same family. The data shows steady transaction volume without a clear directional price trend.
