Rochester Deed Sales Range From $375 To $859 In Late Summer Period

Rochester recorded eight property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, six with a sale price so far, ranging from $375 to $859 with a median of $707. The month's top sale was 28 Marion Road at $859, sold Aug. 28 by Nelson Bernardo to Lauren E. Stevens, narrowly ahead of 247 Braley Hill Road at $855. Two transfers, at 18 Gerrish Road and 0 Snipatuit Road, have no price yet recorded and involved matching family surnames on both sides of the deed. No street had more than one sale, and the data shows no basis for calling the period especially active or quiet beyond the raw count.
