Rochester records 10 property transfers in late July, half within families or trusts
Plymouth County deed records show 10 Rochester property transfers recorded between July 10 and August 8, five with a disclosed sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $308 to $899, with a median of $729. The top disclosed sale was 136 Paradise Ln at $899 on July 30, sold by trustees Ross Tyler Larsen and Cassie Ann Canastra to Sean Griffith and Danika Hopkins. Sarajon Realty LLC was the seller on two of the five priced sales. Five of the 10 transfers, including at 19 Mattapoisett Rd, 23 Pierce St, 132 Pine St, 37 Robinson Rd and 99 Wolf Island Rd, involved grantors and grantees sharing a last name or trust entity, and none of those five listed a disclosed price.
