Rochester assessors to begin required property inspections
The Town of Rochester announced its Assessors' Office will begin state-mandated property inspections starting Nov. 2, 2026, as part of required assessment procedures.
The Town of Rochester announced Oct. 30 that its Assessors' Office will begin Department of Revenue mandated property inspections starting Monday, Nov. 2, 2026.
The town said the inspections are part of its required property assessment procedures.
Property owners with questions or concerns are asked to contact the Assessors' Office. The town thanked residents for their cooperation.
